CIGU จับมือ จุฬารัตน์ โลจิสติกส์ ลงนาม MOU ความร่วมมือใน Platform VE Logistics เพื่อยกระดับการบริหารจัดการขนส่งอัจฉริยะ
ปทุมธานี, 19 มีนาคม 2569 — บริษัท ซีไอจี ยูทิลิตีส์ แอนด์ อินฟราสตรัคเจอร์ จำกัด (CIGU) ซึ่งเป็นบริษัทในเครือ บริษัท ซี.ไอ. กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้ลงนามบันทึกความเข้าใจ (MOU) กับ บริษัท จุฬารัตน์ โลจิสติกส์ จำกัด เพื่อสร้างความร่วมมือเชิงกลยุทธ์ในการใช้งาน การทดสอบนำร่อง และการพัฒนาต่อยอดแพลตฟอร์ม “VE Logistics” พิธีลงนามจัดขึ้น ณ บริษัท ซี.ไอ. กรุ๊ป จำกัด (มหาชน) เมื่อวันพฤหัสบดีที่ 19 มีนาคม 2569
ความร่วมมือในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อ:
– เพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการดำเนินงาน: ผ่านการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มในการบริหารจัดการยานพาหนะ และควบคุมต้นทุนที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ค่าเชื้อเพลิงและค่าบำรุงรักษา
– การวางแผนเส้นทางอัจฉริยะ: นำระบบมาช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพในการวางแผนเส้นทางขนส่ง
– การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงลึก: ติดตาม ตรวจสอบ และรายงานผลการดำเนินงานเพื่อนำมาวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลอย่างเป็นระบบ
– นวัตกรรมร่วมกัน: จุฬารัตน์ โลจิสติกส์ จะเข้าร่วมในฐานะผู้ใช้งานกลุ่มแรก (Pilot User) เพื่อให้ข้อเสนอแนะในการพัฒนาฟีเจอร์ใหม่ๆ ให้ตอบโจทย์ผู้ใช้งานจริง

CIGU Signs MoU with Chularat Logistics to Collaborate on “VE Logistics” Platform for Smart Logistics Management

Group Public Company Limited , has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Chularat Logistics Co., Ltd. to establish a strategic collaboration for the implementation, pilot testing, and further development of the “VE Logistics” platform. The signing ceremony was held on Thursday, March 19, 2026.
